Wheres my refund?!

Im constantly having to back track to correct simple words. Making me look like an idiot if I dont. I have been using the SLIDE IT keyboard for quite a while, but when I got this IPAD Air Mini, I couldnt use it on Apple. SlideIt is much better. Your app makes the text much smaller. I am really struggling here. I want a refund!
